Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Creamy, cozy, and packed with protein and fiber — perfect for fall mornings or a snack on the go.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 small raw carrot, peeled and chopped

  • 1 spoonful almond butter

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  4. Enjoy immediately!
