Ingredients
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla collagen protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 small raw carrot, peeled and chopped
1 spoonful almond butter
1 frozen banana
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
