  • Health coaching is now eligible for reimbursement with HSA, FSA, or HRA accounts if deemed a medical necessity from their doctor or health care professional for treatment or prevention of a disease. For these reimbursements, a letter needs to be submitted from their health care provider.

  • YES! In fact, many of my clients don’t have PCOS or Diabetes. What makes my program so transformative is that we address the root causes for hormonal imbalances or insulin resistance. So whether you have diabetes, PCOS, or just don’t quite feel like yourself, you will receive personalized tools to heal.

  • 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching. We meet once a week for 45 minutes to 1 hour. I have built out a process to get you the results you are looking for. I do most of the work so that you don’t have to.

  • The DUTCH test is a lab test done to assess your progesterone, estrogen, cortisol, and testosterone throughout a 24 hour period. When you do a lab draw, that is only measuring one moment of a day. The DUTCH test gets a more comprehensive picture of your hormones. After you sign up for my program, I order a test for you and it gets delivered to your house. It comes with instructions for how to accurately test through urine and then once completed you can easily drop it off at the UPS nearest to you. The lab will run it and send the results shortly after.

  • I begin working with all of my clients by addressing their relationship to food. If it isn’t something they struggle with than we move forward, however I find that most women have narratives around food from culture that can make it difficult to live a sustainably healthy lifestyle. Instead of giving a list of to dos on “how to be healthy”, we address the root causes of how we relate to food and the signals our bodies are communicating. I have found that this creates the most transformational change when adding in practical tools for hormonal health.

  • One of my business mentors says “the best time to plant a tree was yesterday, the second best time is today.”

    This applies to your transformation as well. There will never be a perfect time. There will always be other ways to spend your time, energy, and money. However, when we start in the messy and busy times, I have found through my clients that they feel the most empowered and experience the most breakthrough during traveling and social events. Do it while its hard and the rest becomes easy.

  • Meal plans can be super helpful! However, I have found that they also create a fear in people when they ever deviate from them. So instead of giving you a plan, I give you the tools to create your own meals and develop the skill that will serve you for the rest of your life. I do provide recipe ideas and guidance so you can feel confident and equipped each week!
